Director of Sales and Marketing

This significant position will implement and facilitate

and strategic objectives, including increasing corporate
visibility. Position will develop business models and

Minimum qualifications include five (5) years experience

University Parking Manager
Parking Management, Inc. (PMI) is in search of a University
Parking Manager, responsible for managing the parking
on all University-owned lots and garages, and for the
parking at a privately owned garage designed to serve
the University's needs.
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the the
installation of a new parking system with automated revenue-control
equipment. The individual will:
- design a computerized parking system to meet University
requirements;
- identify problems and formulate solutions;
- supervise software development;
- have P&L responsibility;
- manage and mentor multiple employees;
- oversee various subcontractors, notably a shuttle
bus operator;
- design and operate an email-based communication system
joined to more than 5,000 staff and students.
The competencies required of the individual in this position
include:
- professionalism,
- ethics,
- University orientation,
- employee support,
- superb communication sills,
- community relations.
Overall functions include:
- personnel management,
- budgeting,
- financial projections,
- system design,
- review and follow-up of daily functions,
- employee relations,

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in
a management or related field, and at least five (5) years
of progressively responsible management experience in
a parking-related field at a university or hospital.
Additionally, the preferred team player should demonstrate
management skills to include automated proficiencies,
claim resolution, customer orientation, and possess the
analytical ability to conceive of and organize initiatives.
Salary $75,000+ DOQ, plus and excellent benefits package.
