University Parking Manager

Parking Management, Inc. (PMI) is in search of a University Parking Manager, responsible for managing the parking on all University-owned lots and garages, and for the parking at a privately owned garage designed to serve the University's needs.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the the installation of a new parking system with automated revenue-control equipment. The individual will:

  • design a computerized parking system to meet University requirements;
  • identify problems and formulate solutions;
  • supervise software development;
  • have P&L responsibility;
  • manage and mentor multiple employees;
  • oversee various subcontractors, notably a shuttle bus operator;
  • design and operate an email-based communication system joined to more than 5,000 staff and students.

The competencies required of the individual in this position include:
