City of Rockville - Town
Square
For a number of years, PMI operated a large public parking
lot on Middle Lane for the City of Rockville. The site
was closed for development. Through the public bid process,
PMI was selected to operate the parking at Rockville Town
Square, a part of which was our former lot.
We're delighted to be able to, once again, work with
the City, and are proud to be part of this ambitious,
mixed-use project featuring retail, residential, offices,
a performing arts center, and the centerpiece, the new
Rockville library, which is the largest library in the
Montgomery County system.
PMI operates three garages totaling some 1,000 parking
spaces at 215 N. Washington Street, 30 Maryland Avenue,
and 330 Hungerford Avenue. Each garage is equipped with
multi-space parking meters.
PMI's on-site staff include customer service representative
"parking ambassadors" to provide visitors with
assistance, answer questions, give directions, etc. PMI
looks forward to serving the community and visitors to
Rockville Town Square.

Online
Services
Easy,
Hassle-free Electronic Access
In our continuing effort to provide our customers better
service, we have made changes in our monthly invoice process.
The following changes and enhancements have been implemented
and are currently available.
- PMI e-Invoicing.
We can provide you with an electronic invoice,
thereby eliminating the paper delivered invoice by the
U.S. Postal Service and problems with late deliveries.
- PMI e-Payment.
You have the ability to pay your monthly parking fee
online through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), credit
card payment or recurring credit card debit.
- PMI e-Application
and adjustments. A new customer can become a monthly
parker by completing an online Monthly Parking Contract.
Existing monthly customers can make online changes to
their accounts, such as billing address, make of vehicle,
etc. To begin an e-Application, select region from "Find
a Garage" above.
PMI has eliminated monthly hangtags at those locations
equipped with automated entry and exit parking devices.
Annual hangtags will replace the current monthly hangtag
system.
Please come back, and visit our web site for the latest
updates.
Thank
you for parking with PMI!

Discounted

Loyalty
Card Program

Dear Patron:
We're pleased to announce the introduction of PMI’s
Loyalty Card program.
PMI appreciates your parking with us on a monthly basis,
and we want to be your parking provider for nights, weekends
or any time you require parking at another
location during the day.
To demonstrate our appreciation, we’ve developed
a PMI monthly parker loyalty program. When activated,
the Program’s Loyalty Card entitles
you to an immediate 20% discount
for daily, evening and weekend parking at any of the following
locations*:

What do you need to do to qualify?
To qualify, sign up for monthly parking at any PMI location
and pay for your monthly parking by Credit Card through
PMI’s QuickPay service (automatic payments through
a preauthorized credit card) or email loyalty@pmi-parking.com.
How do you use the PMI Loyalty Card?
It’s simple. To use the Loyalty Card for daily
parking, present the Loyalty Card with your daily parking
ticket along with a major credit card (American Express,
MasterCard, Visa or Discover) to the cashier when exiting.
Cash will not be accepted for this discounted parking.
The cashier will compute the parking charge, swipe your
PMI Loyalty Card (which automatically reduces the parking
charge by 20%) and process your credit card for payment.
End of transaction!
We trust you’ll find this program easy to use,
and it saves you money!
Thank
you for parking with PMI!
* PMI reserves the right to add or delete locations without
notice.

Pay-on-Foot
Stations
We have invested a considerable amount of
time and resources toward the purchase and installation
of state-of-the-art traffic and parking control equipment
to help facilitate ingress and egress to our facilities.
The Fells Point garage is equipped with two central cashier
positions, as well as two Pay-on-Foot stations for your
convenience.
Pay-on-Foot technology has been used extensively
in Europe for approximately twenty years. The initial
introduction of this equipment to the U.S. market was
predominately at airport facilities.
PMI believes this technology should be considered
on a location-by-location basis. The Fells Point garage
clearly is the right application. We encourage you to
use our Pay-on-Foot stations, and assure you it will soon
be more commonplace.
