metropolitan area for decades. Senior management has
been involved in building several sections of the Capitol
Beltway, Metro Rail stations and area office buildings
and shopping complexes. Today PMI is led by:
Kingdon Gould

President
A lifelong resident of the Washington
metropolitan area, Kingdon is an owner of the Gould
Property Company and has been an active commercial
real estate developer in the metropolitan area for
more than 20 years. He is a member of the Board
of Directors of the Downtown D.C. Business
Improvement District. He and his family support
many area arts and charitable activities.
James H. Blondell
Chief Operating Officer/
Vice President, Legal
A
graduate of George Washington University and the
George Washington University School of Law, he is
a member of the Virginia Bar Association and has
worked for PMI for over 25 years. Prior to joining
PMI Jim worked at the United States Supreme Court.
Stephen J. Yetso
Vice President, Finance
Steve holds a B.S. in Accounting
and an M.B.A. in Business from West Virginia University,
and has significant experience with an international
accounting firm. A PMI employee for more
than 25 years, he oversees the company's accounting
department and information technology functions.
